How might we streamline at home spirit filtration?
Common amongst college students, the act of home spirit filtration with water pitchers allows financially challenged young adults to replicate a more luxurious drinking experience

Why are spirits filtered?
Spirit filtration is a standard practice in the distillation process for spirits, removing unpleasant flavors that formed during fermentation
The trend of home filtration
In mid 2022 the concept of utilizing Brita or similar water pitchers to further filter clear spirits at home took social media by storm
Scope and goals
The most common method of filtration via water pitchers is suboptimal due to its large volume and awkward user experience
Bottle integration
The final design should integrate directly onto the users bottles, with no need for extra steps or vessels
Simple filter replacement
Filter cartridges should be easily interchangeable by people with impaired dexterity
Inexpensive construction
The product must be inexpensive enough for it to be worth it for the financially challenged user group

The most common method of spirit pouring at all bars is the humble pour spout. Perhaps there is a way to filter via this refined object
